Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase date
  • Items must be unopened and in original packaging with all seals intact
  • Original receipt or proof of purchase must be provided
  • Products must not show signs of use or tampering
  • All promotional items or free gifts received with purchase must be returned

Follow these steps to initiate a return:

Prepare Your Return

Package the item securely in its original packaging. Include your receipt and the return authorization number.

Ship the Item

Send the package to our office address. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Processing

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase:

Credit/Debit Card

Processing time: 5-7 business days

Cash Payment

Processing time: Immediate refund

Bank Transfer

Processing time: 7-10 business days

Store Credit

Processing time: Immediate credit

Refund Timeline

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process it. The exact timing depends on your financial institution.

Exceptions & Restrictions

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Prescription medications - Due to health and safety regulations
  • Opened supplements - Once the seal is broken, products cannot be returned
  • Medical consultation fees - Professional services rendered are non-refundable
  • Body composition analysis - Testing services are non-refundable once performed
  • Clearance or final sale items - Marked as final sale at time of purchase

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at +1 (574) 540-9848. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Please provide photos of the damaged item when reporting the issue.
